Dr. Julius H. F. Henneberg, LL.M. (NYU)

Dr. Henneberg advises and defends individuals and companies in all areas of white-collar criminal law. In addition to traditional defense, he is also active in the area of compliance counseling. One focus of his work is advising on cases involving criminal law relating to banking and capital markets.

Dr. Henneberg works as a lawyer at VONPELCHRZIM Rechtsanwälte in Frankfurt. He initially started his legal career at a big law firm in the field of capital markets law. During this time, he completed a secondment in the legal department of an investment bank. Most recently, he worked for a nationally recognized boutique in the area of white-collar criminal law.

Dr. Henneberg studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, where he also received his doctorate in the field of banking supervision law/ criminal law under the supervision of Professor Jahn. During his doctoral studies, he worked for one year as an employee of the Federal Ministry of Justice for the expert commission on the reform of the German Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO). He completed his legal clerkship with a focus on white-collar criminal law. He received his LL.M. from New York University (NYU), also with a focus on criminal law and white-collar criminal law.
